About

Bible Study

Allow me to share a bit about myself. My name is Simon Karani, and at the heart of my identity is the belief that I am an adopted son in the Kingdom of God through my faith in Jesus Christ. I hold firmly to the conviction that salvation comes by grace (Col 2:8) and that the Lord has shown me great mercy.

I serve as an ordained minister, currently serving at PEFA Joy Sanctuary. In addition, I have the privilege of being a lecturer at both the Bible school and university levels. My passion lies in coordinating Bible studies and teaching others how to delve into Scripture meaningfully.

Coming from a Christian family, I encountered the Lord Jesus during my teenage years, and ever since, He has gradually revealed His purpose for my life. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Divinity in Biblical Studies, and I am currently pursuing a doctorate.

My academic and ministry focus centres on discipleship, particularly in the sanctification of the saints and guiding the body of Christ towards becoming more Christlike. I genuinely enjoy facilitating both group and one-on-one Bible studies, whether in person or through virtual meetings, and I am always eager to support others on their spiritual journeys. I have previously facilitated Bible Study through the Book of Acts, Philippians, Colossians, the Gospel of John, and the Gospel of Matthew, among other books.
